Directions: 1. Measure cyanocobalamin and qs with preserved water in a graduated cylinder.
2. Transfer to final container and label.

Notes Use only freshly prepared Preserved Water (Water with Sodium Benzoate 0.1%); see recipe in database.

Cyanocobalamin injection may contain benzyl alcohol.
