Directions: HAZARDOUS - Potential
Refer to the AHS Hazardous Medication Handling Guide for more information.

1. Reconstitute each ganciclovir 500 mg vial with 3 mL of sterile water. Mix well until dissolved.
2. Withdraw the entire contents of each vial and pour into a glass bottle.
3. Add 50% of the total quantity of Ora-Sweet® required and mix well.
4. Add the hydrogen peroxide. Mix well.
5. QS with Ora-Sweet® and mix well.
