Nystatin Oral Popsicles   100,000 units/15 mL

    nystatin  100,000 units/mL  SUSP   
    Flavouring agent    PO SOLN  Banana preferred 
    Sorbitol 70%       
    Water, sterile        
Recipe Total Quantity:
Final Quantity Desired: mL

Directions: 1. Accurately weigh/measure ingredients.
2. Combine ingredients and mix well.
3. Measure 15 mL into each 4 dram plastic vial.
4. Use pediatric tongue depressors for popsicle sticks.
5. Freeze until frozen firmly.

Notes Package popsicles in sealed plastic bags.

450 mL makes 30 popsicles.
