Citric Acid Oral Solution   25% (250 mg/mL)
Lot No Expiry(mm/yyyy) Ingredients Master Formula
    Citric acid monohydrate, USP    PWD   
    Water, sterile       qs to 
Recipe Total Quantity:
Final Quantity Desired: mL

Directions: 1. Dissolve citric acid powder in approximately 30% of the total quantity of sterile water.
2. Pour into a graduated cylinder.
3. Rinse mortar and qs to final volume with sterile water. Mix well.
4. Transfer to final container and label.

Notes Bottle caps must not have rubber cap liners.

- May cause irritation to eyes, skin, and upon inhalation.
- Use of an approved dust mask is recommended. Wear rubber gloves, safety goggles and protect exposed skin.
