Sulfur (precipitated) in Petrolatum Ointment   5%

Recipe Total Quantity:

Directions: 1. Weigh out required ingredients.
2. Levigate precipitated sulfur with petrolatum to form a smooth mixture.
3. Transfer to final container and label.

Notes Alternatively, sulfur powder could be used:
1. Weigh 5 g of sulfur powder and dissolve in 7.5 mL of castor oil.
2. Mix with petrolatum to form a smooth mixture.
3. Transfer to final container and label.
