Bosentan Oral Suspension (NOTE STRENGTH)    6.25 mg/mL

    FlavorPlus®:FlavorSweet® (1:1)    SYRUP  qs to

Directions: HAZARDOUS - Reproductive
Refer to the AHS Hazardous Medication Handling Guide for more information.

1. Mix FlavorPlus® and FlavorSweet® together (1:1) to make vehicle.
2. In a glass mortar, crush tablets and triturate to a fine powder.
3. Incorporate sufficient glycerin to form a smooth paste.
4. Add one third of the FlavorPlus®:FlavorSweet® (1:1) vehicle to the glass mortar; levigate paste vigorously with vehicle.
5. Add another one third of the vehicle to the glass mortar and levigate to form a liquid.
6. Pour into a graduated cylinder.
7. Rinse mortar and pestle with remaining FlavorPlus®:FlavorSweet® (1:1) vehicle, then qs to final volume.
8. Transfer to final container and label.
