||1. Withdraw required amount of pyridoxine from vial.
2. Transfer to graduated cylinder.
3. QS to final volume with Oral Mix. Mix well.
4. Transfer to final container and label.
||Pyridoxine (Mylan) 100 mg/mL injection contains benzyl alcohol 1.5%.
May substitute Oral Mix with Oral Mix SF.
