    Simple syrup       qs to 
Recipe Total Quantity:
Final Quantity Desired: mL

Directions: 1. Withdraw required amount of vitamin B6 from vial.
2. QS to final volume with simple syrup into a graduated cyclinder.
3. Transfer to final container and label.

Notes Vitamin B6 injection may contain benzyl alcohol.
